Returns and Refunds

Should you for any reason not be completely happy with your purchase simply return the goods within 7 working days of receiving them. You are responsible for postage costs of returns (unless the goods are faulty, see below). We will refund you within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. If, in the unlikely event the goods are faulty we will reimburse the postage costs and send you new goods or a refund as requested. All returned disks will be tested by Awen to ensure they have been manufactured to industry standard. It is expressly forbidden to copy any software prior to return for any reason.

This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.

Transactions

There are a number of ways in which you can purchase goods from our site:

  • Using our online shop; just click Add to Basket on one of our product pages to add a product to the Shopping Basket, and when you're ready click on the View Basket button to review your order and pay. All of your payment details are sent through our order fulfilment and transaction processing partners Roman Cart and SecPay using industry standard encryption.

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. You can do this by calling +44 (0)870 777 2380 or by emailing sales@awenmedia.com.

Contract and Sale Conditions

Purchases made via this site are subject to contract. We contract to deliver the advertised goods within 30 days, at the price advertised on the date of purchase. You contract to purchase them. If for any reason we cannot supply within that time, we will endeavour to contact you. We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments within 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details supplied are true and correct.

Goods are sold on condition that:

  • they remain our property until paid for in full
  • you will not give or hire our software to third parties
  • it will not be made available as part of a software library, except with our written agreement
  • you accept full responsibility for ensuring unauthorised installation and/or copying is/are avoided.

Special Offers

Please read carefully details of any special offers, which may be time-limited or have other conditions attached. We apply all such conditions rigorously.

Right to Cancel

Purchased goods may be returned for refund or exchange, provided they are dispatched within 7 days, the 7 days starting the day after you receive them. They must be returned in 'as new' condition.
